"The beginning of my year was filled with lots of transition with a change in careers, job placement, diet, and lifestyle. Without coaching, I would have traditionally moved with the wind: no direction or clarity and just hoping for the best of everything. Hoping for the best has rarely worked for me before, but it was all I knew how to do.
